Year of the Snake Saison

As Lunar New Year approaches, we're excited to unveil our most ambitious seasonal release yet: the Year of the Snake Saison. This beer represents a perfect fusion of Belgian brewing traditions and Vietnamese flavors.

The Inspiration

The snake in Vietnamese culture symbolizes wisdom, grace, and transformation. We wanted to create a beer that embodies these qualities - complex, elegant, and evolving with each sip.

Local Ingredients

We've partnered with local farmers to source ingredients that reflect Vietnam's rich agricultural heritage:

• Vietnamese coriander from the Mekong Delta
• Kumquat zest from Northern Vietnam
• Local wildflower honey from the Central Highlands

The Brewing Process

Our saison fermentation emphasizes the fruity, spicy yeast characteristics while the local ingredients add layers of complexity. The result is a beer that starts with bright citrus notes and finishes with subtle herbal undertones.

Limited Release

Only 500 bottles will be released, each hand-numbered and packaged in special Lunar New Year artwork. Pre-orders open January 20th at all our taproom locations.

Join us January 29th at our District 1 taproom for the official release party featuring lion dancers, traditional music, and the first pours of this special brew.
